This specific role is for a Pharmacist at Clear Choice Pharmacy LLC, responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing inventory, providing patient care, and collaborating with the healthcare team. The position requires working onsite in Pleasanton, California.

Requirements

  • Have earned a BS or Pharm D degree from an accredited pharmacy school
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the state of CA
  • Strong drug product and clinical pharmacy knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills and be detailed oriented
  • Familiar with clinical program components, formulary designs, prescription benefit trends, and PA programs
  • Time management skills
  • Written and Oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and self-motivated
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong team building and leadership skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume

  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Abide by Apotheco’s information security policies, employee handbook and security and privacy regulatory requirements
  • Responsible for the secure and appropriate handling of Apotheco information, information received by customers, other companies and/or external parties

Responsibilities

  • Dispensing prescribed medications in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing direction related to quality, clinical and compliance for Apotheco operations initiatives in compliance with state and federal laws
  • Providing consultation and other pharmacy services to patients
  • Providing supervision of Apotheco’ s support staff
  • All other functions reasonably assigned to you that are consistent with your title
