Vermont Pharmacy License Must have 5 years of experience Sterile Compounding Competency (finger tip and broth test) along with math test Staff Pharmacist competencies to include medication reconciliation, order verification, management of vancomycin dosing and labs, and renal dosing Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended
