About The Position

Maintains professionalism and conducts self as a role model, serving as a resource for the other retail pharmacy partners. Staff primarily as a retail pharmacist but may be required to work in other functions of the retail pharmacy operations in support of the department. Requirements

Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy program
Licensed in the state of practice
Computer experience, including internet and email.
Strong accuracy skills
Excellent interpretive and analytical skills for pharmaceutical calculations for drug dosage, IV rates, etc.
Some independent judgment is required, but alternatives are limited by standard practices or procedures.
Indirectly supervises technicians.
This position is involved in the recruitment and orientation process and provides performance feedback and input for performance evaluation purposes.
May implement coaching, counseling, and corrective action when needed.
Supervisory responsibilities are conducted in accordance with directives of management, the organization policies, and applicable laws.
