About The Position

Inabia is seeking a reliable and independent Pharmacist to join its Pharmacy department. This role is based in a critical access facility , where the pharmacist will be responsible for managing daily pharmacy operations and providing safe, effective medication services, often working independently. The ideal candidate is clinically sound, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a hospital setting.

Requirements

  • Active Pharmacist license in the state of North Dakota
  • PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
  • Ability to work independently and manage pharmacy operations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Nice To Haves

  • Hospital pharmacy experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review, prepare, dispense, and verify medications in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies
  • Ensure safe and accurate medication distribution and compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Provide clinical support and medication guidance to healthcare providers and nursing staff
  • Monitor drug therapies for appropriateness, interactions, and effectiveness
  • Maintain pharmacy records, inventory, and controlled substance documentation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital procedures
  • Operate independently during assigned shifts in a critical access setting
