Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
- Licensed Pharmacist in South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Prepares, dispenses and monitors medications, and IV admixtures to meet patient, employee and public pharmaceutical needs.
- Research drug information questions and determines pharmacokinetic parameters for appropriate dosing.
- Ensures the highest quality of pharmaceutical care to patients of ALL ages.
- Makes appropriate clinical interventions to ensure patient safety and optimize patient outcomes.
- Authorized access to all medication storage areas within AnMed.
