About The Position

HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital in Breese is seeking a talented Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between allied health professionals and registered nurses in providing accurate and rational drug therapy to patients upon receipt of an allied health professional's order; review orders for dosing accuracy, drug selection, drug interactions, allergies, and appropriateness; serve as a medical team consultant by participating in multidisciplinary rounds, committees, and workgroups and provide drug information to allied health professionals, nurses, patients, and the general public. Requirements

  • Pharmacy Required
  • Meets educational requirements established in the state of practice
  • Graduate of accredited Pharmacy program; eligible for Pharmacist licensure in state of practice.
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the state of practice Required or eligible for license.
