Pharmacist - Pharmacy - Part Time 10 Hour Variable Shift (Non Union)
About The Position
Under the general supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, and in accordance with standard procedures, compounds and dispenses medications and pharmaceutical supplies upon receiving written prescriptions from physician. Begins and/or monitors pharmacist clinical activities as needed based on existing or new provider orders. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree required.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a hospital environment or equivalent preferred.
- Current California Pharmacist license and registration in good standing required.
- Current BCLS Certification from the American Heart Association
- Current ACLS Certification
Nice To Haves
- Doctorate of Pharmacy degree preferred.
- Pharmacy residency preferred.
- Completion of Accredited Pharmacy Residency program preferred, would substitute for above.
