Requirements
- Previous hospital experience required
- Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required
- Must have a Texas Pharmacy License or be eligible to obtain one
- Must have or be willing to obtain PALS, BLS, and ACLS Certification
Responsibilities
- Providing patient education on medications and health management
- Compounding special medications when needed
- Developing an individualized medication plan for patients
