Requirements
- Florida pharmacist license or ability to obtain
- Open to hospital or retail backgrounds
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable working weekends as scheduled
Responsibilities
- Order verification
- Clinical review
- Dosing support
- Medication therapy management
- Provider consultation
- IV verification oversight
- Medication reconciliation
- Discharge counseling
Benefits
- $53.56 - $69.38/hour
- Full-time and part-time openings
- Day, evening, and variable shift options
- Night diff: $5/hour starting at 7 PM
- Weekend diff: $2/hour
