  • BLS Cert American Heart_non ecard (BLS AHA) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART)
  • BLS Certification Grace (BLS GRACE) - Employee Grace Period for Essential Credential (GRACE)
  • BLS Cert Red Cross (BLS RC) - Red Cross (RED CROSS)
  • Certified to Administer Immunizations (IMMUNIZER) - State of Florida (FL)
  • Pharmacist License (PS LICENSE) - State of Florida (FL)
  • Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
  • Required Work Experience: No prior work experience required.
  • Must be certified to administer immunizations.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a preceptor for students/interns.
  • Supports pharmacy manager with clinical initiatives, department programs and goals, and inventory management activities.
  • Supports pharmacy manager with regulatory compliance activities.
  • Manages the process of filling and dispensing medications to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Provides patient counseling and clinical support for department programs.
  • Serves as a clinical liaison between providers, clinical teams, and patients to support pharmaceutical initiatives and programs.
  • Responsible for direct oversight of pharmacy support personnel.
