About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This role involves handling specialty pharmaceuticals and related supplies, processing pharmacy orders, managing inventory, and ensuring the proper storage of drugs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a pharmacy setting and be committed to providing high-quality service.

Requirements

• Pharmacy experience
• Knowledge of prior authorization processes
• Experience with compounding
• Must be at least 18 years old

Nice To Haves

• Certification preferred, but not required
• PharmD
• Experience in a retail pharmacy
• Pharmacy License

Responsibilities

• Handle medication of specialty pharmaceuticals and related supplies following regulations and company policies.
• Process pharmacy orders, ensuring all necessary items are included.
• Perform drug and supply ordering and manage inventory.
• Ensure proper storage of drugs and supplies, including refrigeration of perishable products.
• Monitor and adjust pharmacy equipment as needed.
