Expectations: Supervises and coordinates the delivery of pharmaceutical care with specialty in Emergency Medicine to patients of the Emergency Department. Pharmaceutical care is the evaluation, distribution, and monitoring of prescribed therapy which provide positive patient outcomes. The Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the ED including emergency response within the ED (Codes). Maintains current California Pharmacist license. This position may require flexibility of hours.
