This is an as-needed position with flexible scheduling based on departmental needs. Our pharmacies are open Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays). Locations available: Alcoa, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Lenoir City and Morristown, TN, In-Person.

Assist the corporate pharmacy leadership team in the project management of opening a new pharmacy, including Board of Pharmacy inspection, setting up pharmacy software, ordering and stocking initial inventory, stocking supplies, and setting up pharmacy shelving.
Build relationships necessary to grow a new pharmacy business, involving both patients and clinic personnel, including medical providers and nursing staff.
Provide Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services during the time waiting for the pharmacy to open.
Track the completion of various steps in the process of opening the pharmacy.
Understand pharmacy business metrics and how they should change over time in a new pharmacy that is growing.

Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing in the State of Tennessee at the time of hiring.
MTM experience, or the ability to quickly learn how to provide MTM services, is required.
Must be available to travel to and stay in Knoxville for one week for training.

Experience with the federal 340B program is preferred, but not required.
