About The Position
We are looking for compassionate, caring people to join our talented staff of health care professionals as we continue to grow to be the preferred, regional health care partner in our community. The position involves working with ambulatory physicians and other population health team members to complete gaps of care for payer metrics for value-based contracts. Responsibilities include reviewing patient charts and making recommendations for guideline-based care, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and providing training and oversight to technician staff.
