About The Position
Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital is looking for a Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team! Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, the Pharmacist is responsible for day to day oversight of assigned patients and the provision of safe, high quality pharmaceutical care for patients across the health care continuum. The successful candidate will be able to work independently in all or most pharmacist positions within this hospital.
