Role Overview: Pharmacist (Per Diem) The Pharmacist (Per Diem) will contribute to the company’s growth and quality through delivering pharmaceutical clinical care and quality while providing a delightful patient experience. In this role you will ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care possible in infusion therapy through the medications they receive. Location: Bangor, ME - with the ability to come onsite as needed Schedule: As needed

Requirements

  • Licensed pharmacist in the state of Maine.
  • 2+ years experience practicing as a pharmacist in pharmacy operations, performing administrative tasks, and navigating insurance authorizations.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with occasional site visits.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of practice.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience serving as a PIC preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and accurately processing orders and dispensing medications in accordance with Local Infusion processes and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring adequate medications and supplies
  • Communicating with patients when questions arise to ensure quality care
  • Collaborating with referring and internal providers to optimize patient outcomes
  • Ensuring pharmacy regulatory requirements and industry standards are upheld
  • Assisting with operational and clinical tasks as necessary
