Requirements

  • An active Pharmacy License in the state in which you're applying.
  • Strong knowledge of retail and Pharmacy landscape.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels inside and outside of the organization.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to respond to guests' concerns in a professional manner.
  • Flexibility and availability regarding scheduling-must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient consults and provide patients with accurate product recommendations, dosing, consumption methods, and product details.
  • Assist patients with questions, problems, and complaints, as well as monitor patient progress and adjust product recommendations and/or dosing based on patient feedback.
  • Provide training to all team members regarding product knowledge and details to ensure team members are providing the adequate product recommendations to patients based on medical conditions and preferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, patients, politicians and professionals in the community that we serve.
  • Develop a deep understanding of cannabis forms, dosing, drug interactions, and side effects, as well as understand the efficacy of variance strains, potencies, and methods of delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and federal and state laws, oversee inventory audits.
  • Ensure appropriate and timely dispensing of patient orders in all appropriate systems.
  • Assist with forecasting inventory levels, and product intake, and maintaining accurate systems for regulatory reporting and sales analysis.
