Requirements

• 3-5 years required
• Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience)
• Doctorate Degree Required
• New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months)

Nice To Haves

• PGY1 preferred or BCOP (or equivalent clinically relevant oncology experience)
• Oncology Board Certification (or eligible within 2 years)

Responsibilities

• Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety and efficacy prior to dispensing to an individual patient including routine, stat and investigational orders.
• Maintain drug information, investigational, educational, cost containment and clinical programs.
