About The Position

Description Responsibilities include: Oversees the mixing of oncologic therapeutics and associated medication. Reviews chemotherapy orders to ensure accuracy and safety. Assists physicians in optimizing drug therapies. Supervision of the oral dispensing center. Participation in oncology disease-related groups to support guideline development Issues guidance to the physician group on treatment protocols and ensures compliance with various pathways. Provides accurate drug information to healthcare professionals and patients

Requirements

• Two years of Pharmacist experience required
• Pharm.D or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency
• CA PharmD License (Preferred)
