  • 3-5 years of hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience).
  • Doctorate Degree Required.
  • New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure).
  • PGY1 preferred or BCOP (or equivalent clinically relevant oncology experience).
  • Oncology Board Certification (or eligible within 2 years).
