Requirements
- Education: Graduate of accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Licensure Current Registered Pharmacist License (Rph) for applicable state required.
- ACLS and/or PALS required within three months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy staff at a designated site and/or department.
- Perform regular staff pharmacist duties.
- Oversee workflow coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and timely medication distribution.
- Act as a point person for problem-solving and issue resolution within the department.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and operational continuity.
- May be designated as the Pharmacist in charge.
