Job Details The Lead Pharmacist role was created to provide leadership and growth opportunities for current ExactCare Pharmacists that have displayed dedication to enhancing their skill set. These individuals will serve as the subject matter expert of their designated pharmacy center. They will work alongside the Pharmacy Managers to drive and support department efficiencies. In this role, the expectation is to act as a leader. This includes, but is not limited to, living by example and supporting company and department goals. As well, the Lead Pharmacist will demonstrate their ability to drive results and achieve a consistent standard of work from the pharmacy team.

  • Ability to work a third shift schedule: Sunday PM through Friday AM 10pm to 6:30am

  • Demonstrates superior written and verbal skills to collaborate with internal partners and resolve patient issues
  • Leads with strong customer service attributes that align to the ICARE/IHEART model
  • Indirectly manages/coaches peers on phone performance and metrics supporting calling needs
  • Provide strong follow up to other managers regarding performance on a regular basis
  • Partners with Fulfillment leadership to build relationships and improve overall communication within start of care team
