As we continue to grow, we are building the Pacific Northwest’s most comprehensive and high-value oncology network—projected to double in volume over FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: Variable Position Summary The Pharmacist Infusion Specialty Services is an exciting professional opportunity at MultiCare, ensuring prompt and accurate pharmaceutical care services for patients, nurses and physicians. This position will offer you the capacity to apply your knowledge and expertise toward supporting quality health services and patient care.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy
  • Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington
  • Minimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred in setting appropriate to work assignment (hospital, retail, clinic or other)

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred

Responsibilities

  • You will dispense medications to patients and interpret IV admixture orders and prepare primary IV/solutions
  • You will manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required and maintains appropriate records
  • You will supervise support personnel and assumes responsibility for final check of all completed work
  • You will assist in the inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all services
  • You will provide for the safe and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care service
