About The Position

Our newly found branch in the USA, Médetone, is a dynamic and fast-growing care & wellness company that prioritises innovation in healthcare delivery and customer care. We are committed to providing customers a seamless, safe, and efficient service. We are now preparing to launch our first online pharmacy in New York and are looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead operations and bring this vision to life. Role Overview We are seeking a licensed and experienced Pharmacist in New York to join our newly formed online pharmacy subsidiary Wegoss as the PIC. You will lead and manage the pharmacy licensing application process, ensure regulatory compliance, and play a key role in day-to-day operations once licensed. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, cross-border healthcare venture focused on innovation and patient care.

Requirements

• Active New York Pharmacist License - Registration in other US states is a big advantage.
• Previous experience as a PIC and a strong understanding of NY Board of Pharmacy requirements
• Experience setting up a pharmacy is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a online pharmacy set-up
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and represent the company in the New York Board of Pharmacy application process
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
• Manage pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory, and patient safety protocols
• Collaborate with founders and advisors on building the operational framework
• Oversee quality assurance, audits, and online prescription fulfilment standards
• Provide excellent pharmaceutical care to patients once operations begin
