About The Position

As a Pharmacist-In-Charge on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you'll work at the top of your license, contribute to a community's well-being, and lead the pharmacy team. Requirements

• Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Successful completion of New York state pharmacy board examination.
• Pharmacist license current and in good standing in New York.
• Up-to-date on all continuing education requirements.
• Three years of experience in the practice of pharmacy.

Nice To Haves

• Two to three years of experience in pharmacy management.
• One year of experience working with patient management programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence.
• Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients.
• Own pharmacy operations and embrace continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team's development.
• Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more.
• Participate as a committee member in industry innovation as Omnicell leads innovation in medication management and elevates the roles of the pharmacist in healthcare.
