About The Position
The Pharmacist Consultant is responsible for supporting disease management programs and physicians care plans through drug therapy evaluation and consultation for program participants. This role is a call center position, breaks will be scheduled as a result. Varying schedules are available. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our pulse point locations and will work remotely.
