Provides pharmaceutical care and products to all neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including inpatients and outpatients. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Hospital Internship Rotation
• REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Possession of current Texas State Board of Pharmacy License
