About The Position

As a full-time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacist - Clinical Coordinator , you will utilize your clinical knowledge and a strong clinical team in a progressive healthcare environment to lead the clinical pharmacy programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist and leads clinical pharmacy programs and services including but not limited to Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, Pain stewardship, Hospital Medicine Team meetings Developing drug policy to support optimal pharmaceutical care by assessing, developing, coordinate, implementing, and maintaining clinical pharmacy programs and services. Developing and implementing an Annual Clinical Plan with the Director of Pharmacy and the Regional Vice President of Clinical Service. Provide a leadership role in the development and maintenance of drug policy that promotes optimal cost-effective pharmaceutical care for all patients. Contribute to development and maintenance of clinically relevant tools to support clinical programs and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy. Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 40 hours a week primarily daytime hours. Starting Pay: $145,600 - $170,000 annually, (Depending on related work experience). Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy OR Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
  • Ohio licensure in good standing
  • Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets and pharmacy information systems
  • Effective communications skills; verbal and written
  • TB GOLD test - skin test not accepted
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
  • Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
  • Hep B3 Series (or declination)
  • (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1 st -April 30 th
  • COVID Vaccine-Full
  • Respirator FIT Mask Test

Nice To Haves

  • Residency OR Board Certification Preferred OR
  • 2+ years of hospital experience.
