In an environment of continuous quality improvement, the Pharmacist Clinical Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing clinical pharmacy services to ensure safe, effective, and evidence based medication use. This role serves as a clinical leader and resource to pharmacists, technicians, nurses, and providers while supporting quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and optimal patient outcomes. In the absence of the Pharmacy Director, the Pharmacist Clinical Coordinator may be required to perform the essential duties of the Pharmacy Director. Exhibits the MHS Standards of Excellence and always exercises strict confidentiality.
