The Central Fill Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient fulfillment of prescription orders within Genoa Healthcare’s centralized pharmacy operations. This role supports high-volume processing while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional service to patients and clinic partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Current pharmacist license in state of Michigan

- Experience in a central fill pharmacy setting
- Leadership experience and skills
- Familiarity with automation including Parata and SynMed
Responsibilities
- Verify prescription accuracy and clinical appropriateness
- Oversee automated and manual dispensing in the central fill workflow
- Ensure timely and safe fulfillment of daily prescription volume
- Support compliance with state/federal regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with technicians to maintain efficient, high quality operations
- Assist with inventory control and controlled substance procedures
