About The Position

The Pharmacist dispenses medications ensuring that the right drug, the right dose, the right directions, the right refills, the right doctor, and the right precautions are indicated on each prescription label. The Pharmacist is an important information resource to patients, providers, and staff and interacts in a courteous, professional manner at all times. The Pharmacist maintains appropriate documentation and meets all state and federal standards. Oncology/infusion center experience/interest preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Pharm D degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience with computer systems.
• Pharmacist license awarded by the State of Wisconsin or eligibility for Wisconsin pharmacist licensure within three months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of third party reimbursement plans.
• Experience in a specialty pharmacy based position.
• Board certification through the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

Benefits

• Level 1 benefit package for positions listed as 30 hours per week or greater.
• Level 2 benefit package for positions listed as 20 – 29 hours per week.
