We have an opening for a: Pharmacist - Case Management (Remote in Montana). This position is responsible for the daily activities necessary to administer the Clinical Pharmacy Case Management Program under the Drug Utilization Review (DUR) contract with the Montana Healthcare Pharmacy Program.
