The Training Manager (TM) is primarily responsible for the successful delivery, execution, and management of all training-related needs. The TM is expected to comprehend and communicate the disease state, marketplace, and product-specific materials and must possess effective facilitation and communication skills. As a partner to sales training management, should be highly competent in selling skills in complex customer environments. The TM should be capable of supporting delivery of creative training curricula for small teams with limited budgets. Facilitation excellence in engaging learners using data and storytelling to help customers identify appropriate patients is crucial. Experience in facilitating MLR approval for innovative training materials is helpful. Please note this is a 6-month contract, part-time 20 hours/week. Hybrid role - will include work in the client's central NJ office, home, and minimal travel for training.
