As a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist for the PC- CVRM Primary Care Team , you’ll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s D egree
  • 0 - 2+ years of demonstrated Sales or B2B, or Commercial experience
  • A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and demonstrate knowledge of clinical disease states and current treatment guidelines to effectively support healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate product information clearly and effectively to healthcare professionals, highlighting value and benefits of products.
  • Execute call plans and B rand S trateg ies by translat ing data to actionable insights , aligning with overall business objectives .
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, support develop ment of insightful and actionable business plans that effectively achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish es and nurture s relationships and builds credibility with P rimary C are h ealthcare professionals to effectively position products .
  • Leverage multiple channels including digital platforms and face to face engagements to drive meaningful customer interactions , increas ing product awareness and facilitat ing adoption .
  • Collaborate effectively with territory teammates, district partners, and functional teams to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales efforts across the territory.
  • Adapt to and demonstrate thorough knowledge of the AZ Selling Model, ensuring alignment with organizational selling strategies.
  • Be open to receiving guidance and actively seek insights for personal and professional growth, continually enhancing sales effectiveness.
