About The Position

PharmaLogic is a rapidly expanding SPECT & PET radiopharmaceutical solutions provider and contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) with radiopharmacies across North America. The company is dedicated to advancing radiopharmaceutical technology to deliver transformative diagnostic and therapeutic agents to patients. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Pharmaceutical Production Technician, contributing significantly to patient care in a stimulating environment. As a Pharmaceutical Production Technician, you will be crucial to the operation, production, and Quality Control (QC) of radiopharmaceuticals. The position also involves the maintenance and repair of equipment such as chemistry modules and analytical equipment. You will be expected to assist in facility maintenance, system repairs, preventive maintenance (PMs), and system modifications to enhance your expertise and ensure system reliability. This role is a 40-hour per week position, starting at 10:00pm and ending at 6:00am.

Requirements

Academic background in life science, pharmaceutical, chemistry, engineering, electronic technology; or completion of training at an advanced military electronics school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have the ability to work overnight shift (Facility operates at night)

Nice To Haves

Lab experience is highly preferred
Experience in Production and Quality Control is preferred
Working with ionizing radiation and radioactive equipment is preferred
Experience troubleshooting, performing repairs and maintaining equipment is preferred
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and customer service skills is preferred
Working knowledge of cGMP environment and regulations is preferred

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on synthesis modules and analytical equipment.
Perform PET radiopharmaceutical production and Quality Control (QC) in cGMP environment.
Responsible for routine production, packaging and shipping of radioisotopes.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory commitments and company policies and procedures including cGMP and radiation safety.
Maintain records to comply with FDA requirements.
Order parts and supplies for maintenance and production.
Clean and maintain production areas.
