About the position

The Pharmaceutical Packaging and Labeling Specialist is responsible for the labeling and packaging of pharmaceuticals for global distribution. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to cGMP standards, ensuring quality and precision in a fast-paced environment. The position involves both manual and automated operations, with a focus on teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Label and package pharmaceuticals for global distribution, ensuring quality and precision.
• Perform manual visual inspections and operate automated labeling machines.
• Adhere to cGMP standards, follow SOPs, and complete documentation accurately.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Execute paper batch records and forms in a GMP environment.
• Collaborate in a team-oriented setting and demonstrate flexibility by working overtime when needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with 1-3 years in manufacturing (pharmaceutical experience preferred).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to adapt to schedule changes.
• Knowledge of GMP guidelines, safety practices, and manufacturing processes.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.

Nice-to-haves

• Basic understanding of ALCOA in relation to Good Documentation Practices.
