About The Position

The Diabetes Care Specialist I (DCS I) is responsible for achieving sales goals by implementing marketing and sales strategies to effectively promote Novo Nordisk's portfolio of diabetes and cardiometabolic products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and office staff. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, understanding the local payer market, and tailoring approaches to meet customer needs. The DCS I collaborates with internal teams and utilizes analytical tools to develop territory business plans, ensuring that the latest therapies reach those who need them most.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and/or Pharm D required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare, Sales, Consulting, Customer Service, or Military preferred.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel) required.
  • Proven leadership and decision-making ability.
