About The Position
Assists in the efficient and timely delivery of patient medications. Assists in other duties as needed in the pharmacy department.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Strong communication skills, required.
Nice To Haves
- Retail pharmacy experience, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensures all medication orders are delivered as soon as they are completed and verified by the pharmacist.
- Places all return medication to their proper storage site within the pharmacy.
- Assists the pharmacy technicians in the checking in and storage of pharmaceutical orders received from the wholesaler.
- Assists the technicians in the maintaining a proper neat appearance of the Pharmacy Department.
- Performs related duties, as required.
