Phantom Works has an exciting opportunity for a Program Management - Infrastructure Integration Manager to join the organization in Berkeley, MO. The Phantom Works Infrastructure Integration Manager will report to the Phantom Works Chief of Staff, providing essential project management leadership as it relates to Phantom Works facilities needs and requirements. This role provides program-level project management and integration leadership for Phantom Works facilities, networks, and high performance computing (HPC). The Facilities Integration Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with Program Management, Engineering, IT, Industrial Security, GREF, and other business partners to ensure infrastructure, compliance, and workspace standards align with program needs and Phantom Works strategy.

  • Establish formalized procedures for managing Phantom Works facilities, networks, and high performance computing aligned with governance boards and other relevant processes
  • Lead 705/702 Compliance Planning for Phantom Works in conjunction with business partners (e.g. GREF, Industrial Security, and Cyber Security)
  • Coordinate current and emerging facilities, networks, and high performance computing requirements across PW working with individual program managers and Phantom Works leadership
  • Establish cadence and chair regular facilities coordination meetings
  • Establish cadence and chair regular high performance computing coordination meetings
  • Develop network and high performance computing strategy for current Phantom Works needs and future strategies
  • Identify and investigate potential cost savings strategies for Phantom Works facilities, networks and high performance computing
  • Lead Phantom Works efforts in promoting consistent and current branding and aesthetics across all Phantom Works sites/facilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience performing in a program or technical leadership role
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading and driving business strategies and processes
  • Minimum 5 years of experience building of cross-functional relationships
  • Experience connecting with and advising senior leaders within the business
  • Experience integrating and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of technical understanding
  • Masters Degree or Higher
  • Demonstrated Program Management leadership experience driving successful execution
  • Experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
  • Experience with IT, Security, and Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF)
  • Experience with Defense related programs
  • Experience with Strategic planning and risk mitigation
  • Experience with and knowledge of Enterprise functions supporting the programs
  • Demonstrable critical business and financial acumen in order to influence and shape strategy
