About The Position
The PhD Union Relations Analyst serves as a critical interface among various university departments, including the Vice Provost for Graduate Education Office, HR and Labor Relations, and the Office of Institutional Research and Analysis. This role focuses on managing the appointment letter process for PhD students, ensuring compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), and supporting data integration and reporting needs across the university. The analyst will also troubleshoot issues, generate reports, and recommend solutions to enhance business processes.
