  • Pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with quantum computing techniques such as variational quantum circuit, quantum approximate optimization algorithm, and quantum annealing.
  • Experience with hybrid quantum-classical computing systems.
