About The Position

The PGRE North America Real Estate Sr Manager will be responsible for understanding the business strategy, operations, and challenges related to PEPNA Transformation. This role involves developing a strategic planning process and an overall real estate strategy. The manager will act as a strategic partner to Operating Company teams in the US and Canada, fostering a real estate partnership with strategic partners to deliver services to the business as a single team. Key activities include executing real estate transactions in a timely and consistent manner, managing critical dates, identifying productivity opportunities, and optimizing the real estate portfolio in line with business strategy, as well as managing KPIs and reporting.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years in corporate real estate, office and heavy supply chain experience
  • Skilled in transaction management and contract negotiations
  • Mastery of financial modeling
  • Build to Suit Industrial Development Experience
  • BA/BS required
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the business strategy (PEPNA Transformation), operations, and challenges
  • Developing a strategic planning process and overall real estate strategy
  • Working with a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) mindset, establish the role as a strategic partner to Operating Company (US + Canada) teams
  • Develop and build a real estate partnership with strategic partners, promoting a model in which PGRE and strategic partner are viewed as a single team in delivering services to the business
  • Execute real estate transactions in a timely and consistent manner, ensuring all critical dates are properly analyzed and managed
  • Identifying productivity opportunities and optimizing the real estate portfolio in line with the business strategy
  • Manage KPIs and reporting
  • Develop and support the implementation of strategic plans for the North America Offices, Canada Food and Beverages plus <25,000 sq feet locations in United States
  • Support the Capital Project Management team (PGRE and Business)
  • Lead the 3rd party transaction team
  • Lead the inhouse transaction resource that should manage the current lease renewals and small projects
  • Partner with sustainability office to ensure pep+ governance program
  • Support standard processes and service provider network to efficiently deliver the right real estate assets at the required time and at the lowest possible cost
