  • Owning and championing the design and operation of data models in Microsoft Fabric
  • Analyzing and translating business needs into long-term solution data models
  • Implementing data strategies and developing data models
  • Evaluating, maintaining, and documenting existing data systems for variances and efficiencies
  • Reviewing modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibility
  • Partnering with data engineering to implement, troubleshoot, and optimize data models
  • Following and suggesting standards and best practices for development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant experience in the financial services industry
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience data modeling within Enterprise Data Warehouse (Data Vault 2.0 and data modeling tools like Erwin preferred)
  • Business Intelligence visualization tools such as Power BI/ Tableau is strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stay current with rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
