About The Position

The Presentation Specialist in Marketing Services at PGIM Private Alternatives is responsible for producing and enhancing marketing materials, including pitchbooks and fund reports, to effectively communicate the firm's strategies and performance to investors and prospects. This role involves managing the workflow of presentation materials, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs in a timely manner. The position requires advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and a strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting client presentations for an alternative investment management firm.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and strong formatting skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Word and Excel, with charting knowledge/skills.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and enhance marketing materials such as pitchbooks and fund reports.
  • Update and format presentations for Business Development and client meetings.
  • Manage the production workflow, prioritizing tasks and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure presentations are visually appealing and align with brand requirements.
  • Partner with Compliance to ensure regulatory compliance and streamline efficiencies.
  • Facilitate data automation using Seismic LiveDocs and other tools.
  • Coordinate with external graphic vendors for quarterly reports.
  • Communicate status updates on deliverables to key constituents.
