About The Position

PGIM Investments is seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Investment Writer to craft compelling promotional content that drives business growth and solidifies the company's position as a global leader in asset management. This role involves developing integrated campaign content across various investment products and requires collaboration with senior leaders and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of copywriting experience in the asset management space.
• In-depth knowledge of investment products and the current regulatory environment.
• Strong understanding of the needs of financial advisors, RIAs, and fund selectors.
• Ability to translate ideas and raw content into visual, digital-friendly formats.
• Comfortable presenting to senior leaders and influencing decision makers.
• Previous experience in a sales-driven, multi-channel distribution environment.
• Experience using AI writer tools such as Jasper.ai and WriterAI is advantageous.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and leveraging data to improve outcomes.

Nice To Haves

• Prompt engineering experience with AI writing tools.
• Portfolio showcasing previous financial writing work.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior leaders and subject matter experts to understand marketing campaigns and products.
• Develop differentiated positioning and content strategies that support marketing missions.
• Write high-impact, actionable and persuasive promotional copy across various formats including articles, web content, brochures, social media, and digital ads.
• Manage projects end-to-end, including ideation, editing, compliance review, design oversight, and production proofing.
• Collaborate with the Creative Services team to ensure design aligns with messaging.
• Edit and oversee copy from external vendors and agencies to ensure consistent tone-of-voice.
• Develop and oversee style guidelines.
• Manage LinkedIn Profile creation for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Supervise proofreaders.
