The Regional Reliability Engineer will own performance metrics, Down Time Editing (DTE) platform management, and service request coordination. This position requires analyzing performance data to direct operational teams toward units contributing most to Key Performance Indicators, investigating root causes, and ensuring focus on high-impact reliability issues. Key duties encompass managing regional ownership of the event response process, assisting investigations through QI documentation, conducting Performance Impact Category analysis, and owning GADS reporting. The role requires expertise in root cause troubleshooting of high-impact failure modes using equipment knowledge and data analytics. The engineer manages event response processes, ensures proper service request documentation, and addresses reliability data issues including SBI, CEWIS, NEA modeling, and missed curtailment events. Additional responsibilities include quality control of NEA modeling, driving Plant Health Dashboard improvements, ensuring parts documentation compliance, and supporting quality projects.
