This position reports to a Regional Plant General Manager and is based at Plant Sanford in DeBary, FL. This position will be responsible for driving best in class safety and environmental performance, managing all aspects of operations and maintenance to maximize plant reliability, and for the development of high performance teams to support 24/7 operation. This position is a developmental role for future growth opportunities within our Power Generation Division Operations Team. Upon determination, timing and under general direction, this individual shall be able to manage all aspects of site business and operations in order to achieve all production and business targets while maintaining an injury-free work site. Power plant or industrial plant experience is strongly preferred.Job OverviewLeaders in this role oversee a team at a generation facility. Individuals are accountable for all aspects of the management and performance of both the physical and human assets in their assigned facility.
Requirements
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 7+ years
- Supervisor/Management Experience: 5+ years
