Responsibilities
- Administrative tasks associated with supporting remote Patient Financial Services staff.
- Sorting, scanning, distributing and indexing mail to system and/or appropriate Revenue Cycle Depts.
- Managing and following up on task requests from remote staff.
- Managing client invoices on behalf of hospital.
- Distributing incoming faxes to remote staff.
- Managing the billing and follow-up of claims related to manual claims workflows.
