Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years of Revenue Cycle or Project Management experience
- OR Master's degree in a related field with 2 years of Revenue Cycle or Project Management experience
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar dashboard/reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Finance background or experience with variance analysis.
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Audit and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Document processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Support major projects, process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and productivity analysis.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare monthly expense reports.
- Review vendor contracts and perform comparative analysis.
- Deliver presentations and training to directors and VP-level stakeholders.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
