We are seeking an ambitious Fabricator for its PEX operation located in Cullman, Alabama. You will need to be flexible in shifts.
Maintain safe and effective operation of a sleeve cutting and packaging unit
Ensure proper packaged quantities and repackage as necessary
Make adjustments and tool changes as required
Load magazine with required tubing
Measure produced sleeves against QA standards
Record quality data as needed
Communicate any known issues or changes to relative departments
Effectively read work instructions
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Participating in 5S projects
High School Diploma or equivalent
Mechanically Inclined
Ability to analyze problems involving production, to execute activities to achieve department objectives, and consistently identify opportunities for improvement and notify proper people
Good communicator, able to multi-task, detail-oriented, and able to direct and complete tasks reliably
Well-organized, self-driven, willing to work hard, comfortable in a team environment and safety oriented
